I was asked by creative studio OIL to create an animation for Metamundo's new logo and emblem. The challenge was to have both the logo and emblem reveal themselves to be 3D objects, built from abstract shapes that when perfectly aligned, form both emblem and logo, depending on the viewers perspective.
